A rescue I normally really like took on a cat with cryptococcus that has literally eaten away her face. Her nose is *gone*. Her face around her nose is *gone*. Her skin from bridge of nose to the upper canines is *GONE*. Her tongue sticks out because so much tissue is *gone*. She also has FIV which is going to make treating this even harder. This is just... I am not okay with this.
