Synopsis: Esper Daedalus Kane has been afraid of his abilities since the day his mother looked at him like he was a monster. At 18 years old, he discovers there are plenty of bigger worries for an Esper like him. For example, falling in love at first sight with a shockingly attractive and friendly guide who seems to be embroiled in some love triangle of the nation's largest pharmaceutical corporation. Fortunately, Dae is a coward who knows the best solution is to run away. Unfortunately, fate, along with the aforementioned attractive guide, won’t let Dae off so easily.

To kick off the next few weeks of previews before The Oceanview Guestbook’s release on September 23, 2024, we are proud to reveal the zine’s cover at last! 

This beautiful piece of art was created by Rubeau (@rubeau-art on tumblr, Rubeaukreatives on Instagram). We wanted the zine’s cover to represent both of Remedy’s amazing games, Alan Wake and Control. The Oceanview brings both sides of this universe together! 

We are so grateful to have a cover to lead off the zine’s collection of fanworks this time. Thank you again for all your hard work!! 

Introducing the Oceanview Guestbook’s fantastic and talented team of contributors!! For the second Remedy zine, we expanded our contributor count. This year, we have 30 artists and 14 writers.
