Is it true that your hair color matches your fur when fully shifted? Example: dark hair = dark fur? Light hair = light fur? Thanks!

The answer changes from shifter to shifter, but the answer is primarily Yes.

For me i am a brown(ish) wolf, and i also have brown hair ,, My hair and fur color do not match exactly as my hair is pretty chestnut colored, while my fur is gold-red-brown colored (the image below is pretty much exactly what I look like)

It was triggered by me smelling the night air // its string now, and spring has a different scent ,, plus it being a night smell i just shifted.

I locked myself in the bathroom and almost immediately felt my legs go. I could feel them shift and change into my wolf form.

Now I just have some paws which is nice!

I also feel a disconnect when folk talk about their partners knowing and seeing their transformations.

My boyfriend has no idea about me being a werewolf and ive never even hinted it to him. With us being lomg distance and all theres also little to no way of him seeing my shifts either.

I rarely have shifts that include more than just fur growth and my teeth. Let alone having full shifts, and even when I do its still different from how others experience theirs.

I get aggressive and hungry when I shift, and basically act like a rabid dog (hence why I go outside during the moons). But 9 times out of 10 folk here relay their experiences as calm, collected, and conscience. Something I do not experience.

Also the amount of critters who talk about others seeing their shifts, which is something else I also do not experience- due to hiding myself during any too noticeable shifts.
