Well, he killed a stray cat in the woods as mentioned in Forenzik (the story). I imagine that he also did a few petty crimes (trespassing, theft, and so on) and non-human killings before being hired by Nickelodeon, but nothing that involved actually taking the life of another person.

What is Mervyn Payton’s deal?
He's the Follower that "stepped up" after most of the original crew got arrested, injured, or killed.
Why is Freddrick so tall?
Because tall = scary.
As for a actual in-universe reason, he inherited it from his father Kristoffer (and his father's side of the family).
why is the episode nukix named that?
Another editor introduced that keysmash of a name while the "Tarnished Version" of the story was being written.

For a more complete history/retrospective, I'd need to release a second version of 15A with additional information from the Happy Appy Wiki's blogs and whatnot (I glossed over them when rushing to finish the compilation).
I'd also need the edit history of the original Happy Appy Creepypasta Wiki page (for the preface and extra annotation details), and that's unlikely to happen...

What were the primary inspirations behind Forenzik as a character?
Other than the popular Creepypasta villains of the time? Well, I can only really remember three of Forenzik's inspirations;
His overall outfit and mannerisms were inspired by Ashens' portrayal of Mr. Noseybonk, who also inspired Forenzik's mask alongside Happy Appy himself and the next inspiration;
Buster Brown, an old comic book character. There was an "Uncanny Valley" gallery on the Creepypasta Wiki that featured THIS poster of Buster:

Lastly, Forenzik physically appearing in the show's episodes was inspired by Pee-Wee's Playhouse (and Pee-Wee Herman as a whole).
