So, this is happening and we couldn't be more excited! I'm currently 19w3d pregnant and Oliver's big brother duties are due to commence in May 2016. We'll be doing a gender reveal with our families on Christmas Eve but tell me, blue or pink, which do you think?
Heart melting/breaking
As soon as we got our BFP, we told Oliver that there was a baby in my tummy and he learnt (really quickly) to give my tummy a kiss. Now, since miscarrying, he has twice said “baby” while giving my tummy a gentle kiss. It’s such a sweet gesture which complete melts my heart yet breaks it at the same time.
There’s nothing like knowing you’ve got visitors coming over in the morning to get your butt into get to do the housework which you’ve been ignoring for the past week. To do: Vacuum lounge room, kitchen/dining/living area, hallway, bathroom and toilet Mop kitchen/dining/living area, bathroom and toilet Tidy lounge room Tidy kitchen and wipe down bench tops Wipe down dining table Disinfect toilet Clean bathroom sink, bathtub and shower ...I suppose I should get off the couch!
I saw my regular GP yesterday and as per usual, he was so lovely. He's happy for nature to take its course as I'm already bleeding, rather than making me take any medication. He did however mention if the bleeding doesn't show any signs of stopping, I'll have to have a D&C. I forgot to ask how long I should expect to bleed for and what is considered abnormal, does anyone have any idea? He's given us the go ahead to start TTC again whenever we're ready, so here's hoping we'll have some exciting news sooner rather than later and that the next baby sticks! I'm off for more blood tests soon, I'm so done with being poked and prodded!

My stomach hurts, I’ve got the shivers and the bleeding is getting heavier by the hour. I hate that this is happening. I’ve been here before and I remember just how painful it is, both physically and mentally. I’m just so thankful that this time around I’ve got my sweet boy Oliver to get me through the dark times.
It's been quite a while (almost 6 months in fact) since I updated you with any photos of my little lovebug. This video was taken around 4 weeks ago, when he first started saying "I wuv you." Be still, my beating heart. This guy is the absolute light of my life. He’s growing in to such a smart, funny and affectionate little boy. He’s learning something new every single day and to say that he is forever amazing me would be an understatement. I don’t know what I did to get so lucky, but thank you for being mine.
I'm proud to say that I've raised the sweetest little boy.
My mum looked after Oliver while I went for the ultrasound yesterday and when I got home he greeted me with an excited "yay, mummy!" and one of his big bear hugs, which was exactly what I needed. After he woke from a long nap, he was continuously walking over to me and giving me hugs and kisses along with saying "wuv you," with no prompting at all. It's like he just knew that I needed the extra loving. This guy melts my heart.
After a hiatus from Tumblr, I'm back! I intended on starting afresh with a new account, however it turns out that I have way too many memories here to ignore. This photoset will give you an idea of what's been going on in my life recently.

Hi! I'm just replying to your post. You should look into acupuncture if you're looking for a solution to your migraines. My mom and best friend suffered from migraines for many years and I advised both to try acupuncture! Works wonders. :)
Thank you. A few people I know have actually mentioned that botox (between your eyebrows I believe) is supposed to help a lot. I'll talk to my GP about it when I see him next.
If anyone has a miracle cure for migraines, I'm all ears!
I’m so done with these debilitating migraines. They come on out of nowhere with no to very little warning and within a matter of minutes I struggle with concentrating, speaking and I start vomiting uncontrollably. They make it impossible for me to job, resulting in way too many sick days which stresses me out and makes me feel even worse.
I’ve been prescribed so many different drugs to try and I’m currently on Periactin twice daily + I take a Maxalt wafer when I feel a migraine coming on, these sometimes help slightly but end up making me feel extremely tired.
For anyone who has suffered or does suffer with migraines, what have you found works for you? I’m at the point of being willing to try anything.
I know I'd need to use an ovulation test to be sure, but any idea why one cycle app which I use says I'm fertile from 31st Jan-5th Feb and the other says I'm fertile from 28th Jan-4th Feb?

Oliver woke at 6am, I gave him his dummy, tucked him in and he drifted back off to sleep. It’s now 8:30am, I’m out of bed and he is still sleeping soundly. This never happens!
