The #steelstructures fabricated for one of our clients have been packed properly ready for pick-up. all materials adopt Chinese GB standard Q235 and Q355, and the fabrication and quality control is according to EN1090-2 requirements. the scope of supply includes material, fabrication, NDT, trial assembly, painting as well as all fastening elements.

The big lifting boom structures have been fully preassembled in the workshop for inspection, The whole process went smoothly, and all connection joints are matching well. good workmanship always results in good fabrication quality, As a special equipment manufacturer, this is our expertise.

Now these complicated and elaborate mechanical steel components have been fabricated and machined back to our workshop. all welding work passed the NDT test, and all machining work is exactly matching with the drawing requirements, another wonderful and successful fabricated steel product.

The trial assembly of roof structures and crane way girders has been almost completed. now working on the details and can be released for dismantling two days later
