I remember what he wrote I remember what he wrote and how badly it hurt me to read that I remember reading it at 9:31 and still crying about it at 10:52 I remember halfway through reading it how i could feel my heart drop and my body start to shake I remember how even after reading that I still loved him with every inch of my body I remember writing this at 10:50 I remember writing this and feeling so nauseous and sick because of what he wrote I remember writing this when i told him i was going to bed an hour ago I remember writing this and thinking “does he really love me?”

Wait for someone who says, “Holy crap, how did I get so lucky?” when you walk in the door, absolutely exhausted from work at 6pm after being married for 30 years. Wait for that, it’s more than worth it.
