what did I learn from both of those moments about myself, other people, what I need out of life, and what I want out of life?
what emotions did I feel this year that I would like to replicate for the upcoming year?
when do I feel most like myself and how can I bring more of that feeling into my everyday existence?
what self-narrative am I ready to end in the new year ahead?
how can I set and keep daily promises in order to build self-trust with myself?
how can I be more intentional with my heart, my words, my thoughts, my time, my energy, and my life?
since I create my future, what will my next chapter look like?
what do I want to attract? you will be amazed at what you can attract after you start believing in yourself.

and lastly, where were you a year ago today? congratulate yourself for your wins and examine where growth is needed. you are on the edge of something great.

- writing letters to your higher self, your angels, your guides, or the universe
- setting your goals for the year ( goals = a direction to head towards no matter how big or small. this sets the intentions for where you want to go )
