I really can't stand when people use culture as an excuse to continue harmful behavior. If you live in a country that is different than your culture you need to pay attention to what you say/do. It may be totally okay to critique someone's lifestyle and life decisions as soon as you meet them in your culture but if you do that to me I have every right to tell you to shut tf up and feel angry. You don't get a pass to be jackass just because you were raised different.

I would not get my politics from tumblr. Although there are many level headed people there are also just some really out there non rational people.... Unchecked capitalism is bad and communism is also bad! Please lets not jump from one extreme to another. Our goal is Denmark not the USSR. Also please understand that many people on the other side arent "evil", they're frustrated and misguided. Also stop using identity politics to prop up terrible people. Idc that Kamala Harris is poc and that Pete buttigieg is gay, they have terrible records and take big money. You guys have to recognize that corporate greed and classism are the enemies. That the 1% are buying our politicians. You need to understand that we have a government that will spend trillions on endless war in a country that did not attack us but turn around and say we cant afford health care. These people are liars! We need to recognize the horrible role money plays. We need to fight it but also understand that it is not good for the government to control every aspect of an economy either.

Do other countries not have dryers(As in a machine you put your wet clothes in and it dries it for you)? Went to Australia recently and was shocked to see that a lot of people seemed to hang their clothes to dry.

Idc who tf gets their career smashed. If they going to cheer on rape or participate they deserve whatever hell awaits tbh. Idc if tomorrow it's my bias or whatever. Theres not a person in this world I would support if they did what these men have done.
