Is it time to rewatch Paranoia Agent or finally finish Monster? maybe since I’m still not up to writing too much while working. (Work kills me because of everything I pack in for a short amount of time; I’m sorry guys)

I really am at my lowest right now ever since getting into the hospital and then getting out of it at/around mother’s day and have been in a constant state of mood swings. The only thing keeping me remotely together is my medication but after 24 years everything I’ve been keeping together to myself was shattered and the pieces are still around me on the ground. My paranoia has been at a constant and I swing from extreme anger, anxiety and intense sadness it’s hard to say I’m not a mess. I hate that the thing that’s supposed to be helping me is setting me backwards because it’s dredging up past events and my current situation in life that I can’t ignore anymore. I hate that anyone mentions me having schizophrenia and not being in that exact profession and knowing my therapist believes I either have Schizoid PD or Schizotypal PD or a combo of them but without knowing for sure I can’t really get help on it. I’m not well, especially knowing that I don’t have anyone in my life anymore that can understand anything I’m going through in my personal life and can be a support on the matter.
