You do feel better in general when you eat balanced meals on a predictable schedule and exercise and sleep and drink enough water which is just ugggghhhh frankly

For me personally the issue is doing all four of these at the same time consistently. One of them always seems to fall by the wayside. And being 3/4 of a functional adult is better than 0/4 yes but it’s still not ideal

Let the historical record show that Mr. Beast was entirely ignorable if you were just like doing literally anything else. I've been on youtube as long as it's been around and I've never been recommended a video by him. I see him in passing as a meme. I thought he was a made up joke, a caricature of bad youtuber content miners until someone I trust confirmed his existence to me in late 2025.

Love character relationships that can only be described as "whatever the fuck these two have going on"

Chat Noir is a perfect character because when given a miraculous every other character takes it very seriously and usually acts like themselves but more responsible, and then Chat Noir acts like a weird furry cat boy for some reason. Nothing about the cat miraculous requires he runs around on all fours and makes cat puns he does that for the love of the game.

To my 25 - 35 year olds, you've reached the age where people around you are starting to give up on themselves because they think it's too late. Don't let that energy rub off on you. It's not too late.
