I didn’t know being part of a new fandom was so fun. Especially with all the roleplay blogs. I really feel like part of the community.

I like reading the fics, and looking at the art, and hearing the theories. It’s just really fun!

This show is what I wish I had as a kid. It's filled with so much love and fun. It's environments are rich in story telling, the craftsmanship on the fx, compositing, layouts, and animation are stellar. This team did an incredible job for their first show. It's also hybrid with 2D character and a lot of 2D layouts. But a mostly 2D show is something we need in the west!

I'm not trying to say diversity buzz words to say that's all this show has I just think that in animation we gotta promo the diverse shows hard just given that it's something we're fighting for in the landscape. Something we really gotta try hard to keep on air.

It's genuine queer sports anime. I need this show to live I'm so serious it's got:

Queer rep

Disability rep

POC rep like so much of it. Genuinely really good holy shit.

A plot and very interesting surrounding world building

It's a high fantasy sports show with killer animation that's actually just organically diverse. I would have died for this show when I was 11, I'd die to work on it now!! (I'm going into animation production hahaaaaa)

It's so much fun and incredibly hopeful. I actually can't recommend it enough. If you like friends or soccer or magic or magicfriendsoccer.

I want backstory for more of the side characters. Specifically Freki and Skadi, but I'll take what I can get.

I want to see other magic schools. And to see Kal Asterok players compete against other schools.
