He chuckled softly, “My Lady Seeker, I would leave them if anywhere else was less crowded but the Inquisition is growing to the point there may not be a place to hide any longer if one wishes too.” He gave her a smile that was practically dripping in charm “Valkhan Darrow, I work under Sister Nightingale. I’m afraid I hadn’t gotten the pleasure to make your acquaintance yet.” He found the seeker reasonably terrifying, she carried a large sword, a stern look, and a some what grumpy attitude from what he’d heard. He had heard however that she was well respected and was on the way to possibly becoming the Divine. It was best to not piss off the Divine or her right hand, maker only knew the repercussions of such a thing.
Charming men were the worst, or men who thought they were charming. Sure he was attractive, but there were many attractive men and none of them meant a thing in her eyes. “Leliana’s birds always find places to hide. You would not be one if you could not.” There was no need to introduce herself, people knew who she was. They didn’t need to know her on a personal level, at least not unless they had to. “I do not seek out other people. If I am wanted people will find me. You work for Leliana, why would you have?”
mercenaryadaar:
Large green eyes blinked in surprised before she looked to the Inquisitor’s retreating back. Was the Seeker always so blunt? The question itself threw her and she couldn’t help but wonder herself, though that was probably best for another time. With a small quirk of full lips her attention turned back to Cassandra “More than Dwarves but less than Elves?”
“Honestly Seeker, how am I to answer such a question. I have only ever met one other like myself and he is the ex- saarabas that trained me.”
Sarcasm. She hated that. Cassandra got more than enough of that from Varric and Dorian. “Amusing.” Her voice was flat. This was why she didn’t go out of her way to speak to people. Becoming more friendly was becoming a thorn in her side, just as she assumed it would. “You’ve known no others?”

She’d been putting this off, talking to Varric hadn’t been something she was overly happy to do on her best day. Now that Hawke was currently popping up in every place she looked it made her blood boil even more. Cassandra had to make sure she wasn’t going to stab him the second she saw him before she spoke with him. Gritting her teeth she approached him in the main hall, “Tell me Varric. How big of a fool will I like like if I say one word to your... missing friend. Is even one thing you told me true?” @storytellertm
Garrett Hawke. She’d heard about him, more than she wanted to know and more than she figured was true. Varric was a liar, he was here now in the flesh. Invited by that little worm himself. From what she’d seen of him she didn’t know if hardly any of the tales were true aside from the man not being an criminal. At least not for the crimes she’d once thought. Apparently he’d been a hired thug many times. “Varric has told extraordinary stories of you. I never did believe you beat an ogre in a wrestling match.” Her voice was flat as she spoke. Varric hadn’t said that outright, but she wouldn’t put it past him to try it. @garretthawkcs
👀+ do you currently miss anyone
You learn missing people is something that distracts you from what is important. But there are times when I do still deeply miss my brother.
👀+ name a kink
Is this serious? By the Maker, this is such a pointless question. I don’t know what you expect me to say? Being in charge is one. I think that is quite obvious however. I enjoy being the one who tells people what to do.
👀 + you have to share a bed with one agent of the Inquistion! Who would it be?
I would say Leliana. I know her best, she is a friend and I trust her. Not an exciting answer you were looking for.

👀 + would you fuck varric yes and if so how much would it take
“.... A completely finished Swords and Shields.”
👀 how often do you have a lady fiddle
“As if I have time for that. As if anyone has the time for that.”
Approaching Miriam she looked over the woman for a moment, a qunari mage. She wasn’t sure how common they were. She’d never met one herself. Not that Cassandra met many qunari in her travels, a few of the ‘vashoth’ born outside of the quin, something she learned from the Inquisitor. “How many mages do the Qunari usually have?” It wasn’t meant to be rude, her voice always seemed to betray that. It was an honest curiosity for her. @mercenaryadaar
Once again she wondered about her failures. Something that was nearly always present in her mind. Her brother, the divine, the missing seekers, the thought of the Inquisiton failing and she being the one to bring it to life. There were so many failures in her past and so many that could yet come. Cassandra’s sword struck the training dummy for the hundredth time, a scream tearing through her as she let the sword fall.
Sometimes it helped, letting out some of that energy. Most of the time people ignored her, they didn’t come into this part of the training yard, sometimes Bull and his men did. For the most part however she was left alone. That wasn’t the case today it seemed. Turning to the man who’d walked up she bent over to pick up her sword. “I hope what you have to tell me is important.” @primitxs
cmpssn:
soundless, softly sitting upon the wall, cole overlooked the people in the lower courtyard with a curious look of dismay to him, listening. so much hurt after haven still lingering. so many soilders fighting so the pilgrims could escape staying fresh in their minds. the inquisitor was trying — to make things better now, but they couldn’t make things better then. this was why he couldn’t leave. this was why he needed to stay. to heal the hurt. to help.
the forgotten boy began focusing on one in particular as their voice began to raise in volume, speaking to him louder than the others. parting cold lips, he tuned out much anything else.
The... spirit was staring. He was staring into nothing and ignoring the poor woman who had tried to speak with him. Cassandra hated him here, she hated the idea of some creature wondering around unchecked. No matter Varric or Solas thought, he was dangerous. “Do you have to do that? All the time!” she snapped at him when the other woman finally walked away. “You make them uncomfortable.”

swifterblades:
He’d come of his own free will and offered his services, after all should the world go to hell by the Dark Spawn’s hands then he too would be at peril. The one thing in his life that he could not allow was his death, he did everything possible to stay alive. “A bit rough around the edges.” There was much work to be done, he hadn’t gotten his first mission yet but it sounded like he’d be heading to Orlais. He was stalking the ramparts when one of the Nightingales scouts came over handing him a note, “You get caught and we wont come for you.” This made him chuckle, “Death, first. I’ll never be captured.” The scout took off and left him with his mission, the tell tale sound of other feet hitting the pavement reached his ears. “The ramparts are awfully crowded today.”
One of Leliana’s assassins based on the conversation she’d walked in on. Watching the other man leave she stared at the one who was left behind. Another face she hadn’t bothered to know, her duty was elsewhere, it was Josephine who needed to know people. She needed to know the templars and how to fight. “If they are too crowded for you, you can leave.”

♫: Skyhold is holding a ball! (Maker knows why.) Do you ask anyone to dance?
No one. I would not partake in anything frivolous of that sort.
ψ: Anyone you don't like in Skyhold?
@storytellertm. He’s a liar and he seems to live to get on my nerves. As well as @cmpssn. I do not trust him or what he is.
