Punk is a culture. Notice how grunge has roots in punk rock? Along with post-punk? Rolling stones, yea, they revelled in their fame. So did Nirvana. They had their own messages they wanted to express and that doesn’t give someone the right to slap on another bands name with a band logo that is known for being counterculture. It’s literally stealing from our culture that they worked their entire lives to be recognized for. To slap on 1D is taking away their struggles.
