Happy Birthday to Me!

On May 15, I was fortunate to celebrate another birthday this year. After many years of nonstop work on manuscripts, the strain has finally begun to catch up with me, and lately it feels like a constant battle with my own health. Even so, I want to keep creating for as long as I can. “Sense of Ashes” is now in its final stages, and new ideas for future works are already beginning to emerge. More than anything, I truly want to keep drawing manga. Thank you so much to everyone who continues to support me.

Thank you very much for your kind message. Selling digital PDFs is simple. However, what I would like to sell is a physical book. Handling shipping myself would be the easiest option, but since postage varies by country, it can create complications with billing.

The platform I am currently using, Alice Books（https://alice-books.com/item/show/10562-3）, does support international shipping. However, it seems that not many people outside Japan have an Alice Books account. In contrast, more people have pixiv accounts when it comes to Booth. It is possible to ship books by using a forwarding service, but aside from that, I have not been able to come up with a better solution.

Using Amazon might be an option, since they offer warehouse and fulfillment services. If I were to list my product there, I wonder if it would be on Amazon JP. Or would I need to register it through amazon.com? There are so many things I do not understand, and to be honest, it feels a bit overwhelming to think about.

My recent updates:

(1) I'm still drawing the comic "Sense of Ashes" and it's almost finished! I think I'll be done with inking and coloring all the pages by March next year. #jeanky

(2) A new Inazuma Eleven game came out, so it's a super hot topic for me right now. I'll probably be drawing Inazuma Eleven stuff a lot in 2026. I've set a goal to make an Inazuma Eleven fan comic between June and autumn next year.

(3) I'm planning to participate in the Comic Awards next June. It's an annual comic contest. For that, I'll be creating a short comic from March to June next year.

These are my goals for my hobbies, and I already have some illustration work lined up for 2026. My 2026 is already packed with plans. It looks like it's going to be a busy year. Hope you all have a great year!

Different anon - I'm definitely much more interested in following artists on tumblr. I check the site/app multiple times a day and always go through my entire feed, so I'm less likely to miss something than on other platforms. I also have a Bluesky account but it's not the same environment, so those of us who are used to tumblr probably work with tumblr best. From everything I've seen, moving from Twitter to Bluesky is a common step, but from tumblr to Bluesky not so much.

Thanks for your thoughts! Come to think of it, I got tons of messages and mentions on Tumblr that I wouldn't have gotten on other social media. I really loved that. I'd completely forgotten about Tumblr since August, but I think I'll stick with it a bit longer. Thanks!

I figured not many people were seeing my art, and since everyone's moving to Bluesky, I thought I needed to reset this environment and start from scratch. But if there's someone messaging me like you, I'll reconsider if I should think again.
