🐟 Saw a request hoping to see Hannibal in a 3 piece suit in waders. I honestly don’t know how that would work out so I’m sided with Will. Anyway, enjoy the weekend, maybe go fishing in a suit, who knows.

Today I visited the Santa Maria della Vittoria Church in Rome, where we fannibals can find something very familiar…

Santa Maria della Vittoria (English: Our Lady of Victory) is a Roman Catholic titular church dedicated to the Virgin Mary. It was begun in 1605 and completed in 1626 by the architects Carlo Maderno and Giovanni Battista Soria.

The Church is designed with a Baroque style and it is also famous for housing a Bernini’s masterpiece, Ecstasy of St. Teresa, situated on the Cornaro Chapel, where our beloved “skull, graven in the floor”, reminder of mortality, is placed. 😊
