Start small, come up with a short morning self care routine (listen to a podcast/motivational speaker, apply your SPF, and treat yourself with coffee oh and don’t forget your water bottle!) or a short night routine (write about your day and what you are grateful for, take a nice shower and apply body oil as you debrief to your favorite show on Netflix) If you have more time do more self care but at least do 2 things that will make you relax.
🏋🏿♀️ Incorporate Fitness Into Your Routine: School can be stressful! Becoming best friends with the gym not only benefits your physical health but your mental health as well! Look at it like this: You’re putting time into the two things that can transform your life for the better, your mind and your body! Find ways to incorporate physical activity into your daily routine. This could be through joining a gym, taking fitness classes, or even going for a walk or run. Aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week. You’re going to look and feel like the IT Girl of your dreams 😉
⏳ Time Management Techniques: I know, I know… there’s only so much time in a day how can you slay in class, give yourself the princess treatment and exercise 🤯 Babe, it’s okay. We got you. Try this: Use time management techniques such as the Pomodoro Technique or time blocking to stay focused and efficient during study sessions with burning out! This will help you make the most of your study time and avoid wasting time.

Dont be ashamed about it either! **note: wandering aimlessly and stretching yourself too thin, the idea of being excessively self-reliant is overvalued ‼️
Remember, finding balance takes time and practice, so be patient with yourself. By incorporating these tips into your routine, you can build discipline, eliminate stress, and ensure that you're making the most of your college experience.
