abigail's childhood bedroom inspiration: her room was slightly small, only fitting a bed, a dresser, a bedside table, & a bookshelf, but small meant cozy & warm, especially in minnesota winters. her walls were a beige color, & her sheets a pale pink. her comforter was instead a quilt, made of patterns of pink & green with small aspects of earthly patterns of leaves & flowers, she has had the same bedding since she was 10. her bedframe was white & metal, matching how both her bookshelf & dresser were white as well.
on her walls were a few scattered pictures of her & her parents, a poster of f.ionna apple, a poster of t.wilight new moon, & a few thrifted framed photos of flowers. on her dresser is a conglomerate of random items such as mascara, magazines, candles, photos, a few rings & earrings, & a small figurine of a doe that her father found for her at a garage sale ( he bought it after her first time hunting with him ). the dresser itself is painted with small green vines, as she asked her mom to do when she was 12.
on top of her bed sits a teddy bear her mom bought her when she was 4 & was in the hospital for breaking her leg, named buba. her bed is often made however her room most definitely looks lived in. books on the bookshelf are slightly disorganized, & her dresser, as mentioned, is vaguely messy. there's slight aspects of her integrated into the room & it was often her safe space, her point of comfort.
