So, ever since our dog died we didn't talk about dogs anymore for a while. I'm not a huge dog person, of course I cared about our dog and I do love dogs, but I simply prefer cats.

My mom surprised me some time ago by saying that she found someone giving away some puppies for free and that she had already asked for one.

I wasn't thrilled, neither am I now that the puppy is at home. He's very cute don't get me wrong, and it's not his fault at all if he's here. I feel like shit for saying I'm not in the mood AT ALL to take care of a puppy so soon after Havana died 🫩 also because my mom works during the morning and evening, so I'm the person in charge of the house while she's away. Not to mention I'm supposed to open a shop soon so I won't have that much time. Idk how tf she thinks we can manage taking care of a 3 month old puppy.
