Happy 25th anniversary, Animal Crossing! Here's to another 25 years!

Better 2 weeks late than never… Though in this case, it's actually more like 5 years and 2 weeks late! Those of you who've been around for a while might know that this piece was actually originally intended for Animal Crossing's 20th anniversary in 2021.

But it was too ambitious, so it sat on the backburner for years until the next big anniversary. Many characters were actually drawn years ago! Some got touch-ups, while others were completely redrawn. The Able sisters in particular were both among the very first and very last characters to be drawn.

This is easily the biggest piece I have ever made, having spent hundreds upon hundreds of hours on it, so I'm very glad to finally finish it after all this time! I can also finally say I've drawn every single Animal Crossing NPC at least once now, which not many others can lol.
