Kung minsan di ko matake yung mga social issues na nangyayari. Kasi sa totoo lang konti lang yung tolerance ko sa ganun. Nagbubrood at sumasama loob ko kaya madalas observer lang ako or tagabasa. Di ako palavoice out sa social media kasi ayoko makipagdebate sa totoo lang. Natry ko na sa isang supporter ni Duterte. Sumuko ako kasi andami niyang blind excuses sa points ko. Medyo inhumane at naiinis ako sa pananaw niya na collateral damage lang daw ang mga napatay sa war against drugs tungo sa pagbabago.

Medyo naiinis lang ako sa mga nagpupush sa ibang tao na magvoice out. Di naman ako against sa progress or improvement kaso minsan nakakalimutan na natin na may mga limit sa mental health ang tao sa pakikialam tungkol sa mga bagay bagay. Tinatag nila as enablers or apathetic na agad ang mga nananahimik. Hindi ba pwedeng we are just choosing our battles? Limitado lang talaga ang energy ko sa ganun. Minsan kasi napapansin ko yung ibang woke people sa twitter laging G na G para maging relevant palagi. Ginagamit yung opinyon at nangdadumbshame ng tao para lang magmukhang nakakataas sila. Correcting is one thing, dumb shaming is another di ba.

Hindi naman masama mangcriticize ng mga bagay kaso sa gulo ngayon ng mundo kailangan lang sana natin ng kapayapaan (wow, nanggaling sa'kin to) de pero di ba? Nakakapagod yung laging galit. Minsan sana matuto rin umintindi.

Di ko alam. Exhausting sa mental health ko yung ganoon, lalo na kapag may debates. Sa school, usually, kapag napupunta ako sa debate, napapansin nila na nag-iinit mata ko kasi nga I take things personal (and as much as possible, accurate at naiirita ako kapag they’re not getting my point). Nabuburn out agad ako. Same with relationships. Once pagalitan mo ako, or may alitan, tatahimik ako. Kasi pag pinilit mo ko kausapin, or pinilit mo ko magsalita, I’ll fuck you up a thousand times. Di ko alam kung bakit di gets ng ibang tao na hindi sa lahat ng oras dapat nagsasalita tayo para sa mga issues natin. Ayokong pagurin sarili ko sa mga bagay na fluid naman.
