Picked out pre-wedding shoot dress 1/(x).

The little details matter, in this case - bridal scent! I don’t know that I’ve found my signature scent yet. I reach for Lacôme Trésor when I feel nostalgic for my mom’s signature scent. I love Gucci Bloom as an every day scent. And when I want to feel extra luxurious, I reach for Dior J’adore.

Something designated as a Bridal perfume hadn’t really crossed my mind until I started exploring the little details, such as accessories.

BR 540 has a cult following, I’m hoping to sample it sometime soon to see whether it may be a scent for me.

Miss Dior is something else I’ve had my eye on.

Thank you for asking! My ideal outfit would be a pastel lehenga for a spring/summer wedding with intricate embroidery throughout and two dupattas. I’d love to pair this with minimalist gold jewelry 😊 I’ve had my eyes on Rimple and Harpreet Narula for a few years now, and I see they’ve gotten really popular - for great reason! It’s meaningful to me because you can see their Punjabi roots in their techniques.

I envision a simple bridal nath to round out the jewelry I'd like to wear with my wedding dress. I can't wait to shop around!

I spent the better part of today reading one of my favorite books, Beauty by Robin McKinley. The beautiful descriptive text took me back to a time I used to endlessly scroll through Tumblr, looking for future wedding inspiration. I regrettably deleted my blog in 2016, prior to starting graduate school. Other social media sites (who shall not be named) are too ad-driven for me to enjoy being on them.
