Self-love. β€οΈ So many of us are not kind enough to our own self. We tear apart our appearance in the mirror or think we are not "good enough." π It's such a toxic and unhealthy habit that distorts our state of mind and that can negatively reflect the way in which we treat other people around us. The key π to true happiness is rooted in self-love. Fully loving and accepting yourself, flaws included. βπΌAnd making positive changes in your life if you are not happy where you currently are.
