I did not spend a great time on these (artfight, in progress animatic, my long fanfic on ao3 are all reasons) but uh. First passes at designs.

Uhhh basic lore:

Sun gets the star and kills Eclipse, then attempts to separate KC and Moon to then kill KC. He is unable to separate them

Sun uses the star to ‘fix’ his damaged relationship with Lunar and make Lunar forget why he left.

Moon is upset at Sun’s use of the star and attempts to stop him. Sun uses the star to make Moon forget why the star is bad.

star kinda works like Ice Emperor’s staff from Lego Ninjago and begins to corrupt Sun. Surely just a little bit of messing with Moon and Lunar’s code won’t hurt right? If he just fixes a tiny bit?

end result: Lunar is forced to act like a child (he is an adult its just like what they did at the start of the show until he expressed that he WAS an adult and didn’t like being treated like a kid), Moon is a perfect ‘supportive’ brother, aside from a little bit of accidental wording from Sun when using the star that kinda (not kinda it is big) messes Moon up, to the point where Moon is basically just… numb. Not really doing much of anything. Except for whatever Sun asks him to do or something along those lines.

But those changes are okay!! Even if Sun originally was scared for Moon, he’s realised it’s for the better now!! And Lunar is happy being like a little kid all the time!! Moon, when Sun asks, says he’s fine!! So what’s the harm that was done? KC? Don’t worry about him. Please.
