Gubatron's Fitness

December 3rd, 2024. I have not been able to send another V8 ever since. Working hard daily to get to 180lbs and I think they'll start to happen. I'm doing sauna, running 5 miles a day religiously, lifting daily and climbing almost daily. I'm also doing 18 hour daily intermittent fasting and going to bed around 10pm. If I stop doing any of these, I gain weight, it's really frustrating.
