It’s time for you to know that we actors (the he) suffer from very strong anxiety attacks and have suffered depression for long periods of life.

And we beat each other, and we get drunk and we suffer and we fight and we scream and we get pissed off and we turn everything to hell and we just think nothing is worth it.

And there are days when I get up and think: I bless the day they cast me in Elite and I did this series.

And there are days when I wake up low, deep in shit, crying, thinking I wish I had never started this.

I think that it is a moment in which the weakness, the need of the other, and the lack of autonomy that we have are manifested; We need each other.

I have decided, I will remain weak, but what I have realized after a long time is how weak we are and how MUCH we need each other.

And I repeat it at 22:32 at night, boys and girls who, at 15, 16, 17 and 18 years old, diagnosed with anxiety or depression and medicated or not, know one thing, I am not alone.

Your examples of maximum perfection and exemplification we suffer (a lot and for a long time) this type of examples.  [Living the example of a perfect life makes us suffer.]
