Classic Modular Bookcase

This is a classic bookcase combination inspired by IKEA’s BILLY bookcase series. Based on the original BILLY design, I created several size variations to allow for more flexible and diverse modular combinations.

This set includes 28 items in total, covering cabinet bodies, cabinet doors, and one cabinet accessory: a table. All of them are compatible with the Base Game.The cabinets and doors are designed as separate pieces, making it possible to create more contrasting color combinations. By rotating the cabinet doors, you can also create open-door versions, adding a more lived-in and realistic feel.

The cabinets are available in two versions.

Version 1 features doors that combine solid wood and glass.

Version 2 introduces a rattan-style door design.

This cabinet system is recommended for rooms with short or medium wall heights. When stacking one Tall cabinet with one upper extension cabinet, the total height reaches 2.85 meters, fitting perfectly against the ceiling in short wall mode.

🚨This set uses linked textures, so please make sure that the files ending with “textures” are placed in your Mods folder.

Since I’m nearly done with my years-long project of ACNH items, I'm going to be adding some ACPC as well! I hope you enjoy! ☺️💗

Always suggested: bb.objects ON, it makes placing items much easier. For further placement tweaking, check out the TOOL mod.

Use the scale up & down feature on your keyboard to make the items larger or smaller to your liking. If you have a non-US keyboard, it may be different keys depending on which alphabet it uses.

I do not use DX11 with my game. If you are using DX11, run the DX11 batch fix with Sims 4 Studio before starting your game. For those that have never done it, do not fear for it is very simple and will update any CC in your mods folder that needed it. I know the new DX11 API causes issues having something to do with the wall items, that I know of, but seems to sometimes effect thumbnails or causes other issues. If you do not have Sims 4 Studio, here is a link about how to install it from their official website. And of course, if you need help please send me a message.

As you can see, it's a small dining-room scene.

I like high dining tables that are compatible with bar stools, but the game doesn’t have many of them, so I made my own high dining table.

WIP

Progress has been slow over the past two weeks. I originally planned to start posting WIPs at least once a week with this furniture set, but I really had no time at all—the moment I opened my eyes each day, it was all about taking care of my cat. Fortunately, she’s been doing much better these past few days. Several of her test results have returned to normal, and she’s started eating and drinking on her own again. Yesterday, I finally caught up on over ten hours of sleep, and this morning I got up early to work on furniture! The high-poly models are almost finished—just a little bit left. Since I couldn’t decide on some designs, I switched things up by working on a few low-poly models and textures instead. My cat’s condition is steadily improving, and I don’t have to feed her as often now, so it’s time to focus and get things done!

JIANG HU set - part 1

This is a series full of traditional Chinese martial arts vibes. I plan to update it regularly but not on a fixed schedule, gradually building a complete Jianghu world within The Sims 4.

This update features an outdoor tea stall or tavern scene, including tables and chairs, a bamboo sunshade, and table decorations.

I had originally planned to include a plum blossom tree, but after five days of trying, I still couldn’t get the lighting, swaying, and seasonal changes right, so I’ve decided to leave it out for now.

Ironwood Workspace Set ｜ sims4cc

includes 7 types of shelving units and 1 matching bar stool, designed with both wall-mounted and floor-standing options.

Together, they allow you to build fully customizable wall layouts — even seamlessly stacking across multiple floors.

The furniture pieces are slightly wider than usual because of a special model design:

when placed side by side, their pipe structures overlap seamlessly without face collision, maintaining a continuous industrial look.

Beyond standard shelving functions, the set also includes:

• hanging rod for clothing,

• door-frame shelf that allows Sims to walk underneath without clipping,

WIP

Lately, because my calico cat became seriously ill, I've been sleeping only three to four hours a day. The rest of the time is spent feeding and medicating her, taking her for injections, or just staying with her. I can only find time to work on anything after completing the daily feeding and medication tasks.

I had originally planned to explore some new things, like hair, but I really don't have the energy, so I'm sticking to making modern furniture.

The corner desk was a fan request, and I plan to gradually include previous requests in the new pack. This is a picture I came across on Pinterest from a Red Note home decor blogger, and I referenced the way they arranged the furniture. I didn't have the energy to think about colors either, so I'll probably just follow IKEA's color schemes. Later, when the cat's condition improves a bit, I'll try to make as many decorations as possible.
