100- i’ll continue learning asl

150 - i’ll stop weighing my self multiple times a day, everyday and obsessing over my weight

200- i’ll finish my online biology class that i’ve been putting off

500- try writing more (which is very much something i don’t enjoy *or i think so* but um i have ideas so why not)

1500- i’ll ask my mom if i could see a therapist (she won’t say no i js didn’t wanna ask…hence the big number)

1800- i’ll drop my toxic friends

2000- i’ll try to stop pushing my friends away and tell them what’s going on instead (im not purposefully pushing them away it’s js that sometimes it happens when shit happens i tend to do it and not let them help me or anything)

2200- ill stop being the therapist friend bc tbh i can’t handle it anymore (my mothers a therapist so my advice isn’t too bad and so i tend to be the therapist friend and get trauma dumped quite often)
