Sabbar, hindi, opuntia, copal, prickly pear, Teen Shoki is the arabic name of the prickly pear fruit.

Originally from Mexico, it then spread to the Mediterranean areas. The weedy nature of this cactus plant composed of blades called cladodes which branch out in a chain through chlorophyll photosynthesis, represents the ability to grow in hostile environments, with little water but enough light and heat, by joining each other, the rings transform into a network, an interconnection.
