“It takes a level of self love, of dedication and determination to live your greatest life. So, look within. Look at every area of your life and ask yourself these questions: Am I on course? Am I growing mentally, emotionally and spiritually? Anything that is blocking that, anything that is preventing you from living your greatest life, make the tough decision to let it go.”

“After a while you learn the subtle difference Between holding a hand and chaining a soul, And you learn that love doesn’t mean leaning And company doesn’t mean security. And you begin to learn that kisses aren’t contracts And presents aren’t promises, And you begin to accept your defeats With your head up and your eyes open With the grace of a woman, not the grief of a child, And you learn to build all your roads on today Because tomorrow’s ground is too uncertain for plans And futures have a way of falling down in mid-flight. After a while you learn… That even sunshine burns if you get too much. So you plant your garden and decorate your own soul, Instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers. And you learn that you really can endure… That you really are strong And you really do have worth… And you learn and learn… With every good-bye you learn.”

Be unbreakable.
Thoughts
If free will does not exist
How was I able to change brainpatterns and thus habits and ways of reacting and such..?
A possible answer could be that my ways were due to trauma and not my ‘authentic’ brain, which could mean that while I chose to change I only operated from a sort of predominate part of my brain, which was the original blueprint?
Which would mean I really had a superbrain?
Which alludes to the perfection of the divine creatures that we all are?
(Not all the change is related to triggers or trauma btw. I think. Which doesn’t make it subject to the absence of free will.)
And if free will does not exist how can psychopaths choose to not behave on their ways? Ways that are formed in their brain, as instincts ? Possible answer : because the brain needs the approval of others more than the basic instinct? (Or whatever their motives may be for that approval or something else..)
If free will does not exist then why do we have prisons? Why even bother to go to court?
Why can people change then?? Only because of pressure from another part of the brain?
Damnit I’m ‘losing’ my own monologue. (If my arguments are making any sense, that is.)
And would that also mean that we are all perfect in our - still authentic - ‘predominate brain’, if we heal the trauma and analyse the layers of our identity and get rid of those walls…? -> what would imply we live in a very very very sick world. (Because of ego and religion? = unawareness?)
So even if free will would not exist, to let the brain and the world become healthy we would still need the illusion of having free will? For awareness en thus individuality. (To ‘make out own choices’.) (Or do we just need the truth(?!) that there is no free will and accept our differences as what they are, brainpatterns, exempted from free will. -which would only go automatic if everybody would be a selfloving individual. -not there yet)
Does anyone here know books on this topic? Or a book with the answers to my questions?
I Don’t Need to Know
I don’t need to know
The name of this bird singing
Outside my window.
It doesn’t know its name, either.
Did someone ever bother to asks the birds themselves? How dare we...
