Chrom did not even notice her offers of help, he was so focused on doing this himself. However a moment later when Robin denied she was hot Chrom was concerned.Â
He put his hand over his chin and thought how best to phrase this. He did not want there to be a misunderstanding. Inevitably, when Chrom tried to prevent a misunderstanding though he often made things far worse.
âYou look like youâre the hottest girl in the world right now. Your body is shining. I canât look away from you.âÂ
He said, staring directly at her.Â
âYouâre obviously wearing too many clothes. You should take them off right away. If youâre uncomfortable I can take my apron off too.â
Then, the other shoe dropped.Â
âReally, youâre sweating so much I can see through your shirt right now. You looked like you were about to pass out five minutes ago, thatâs why I wanted to get you a refreshing drink. Why do you always wear so many layers is it a sorcerer thing?â
Robinâs expression fell flat. Each time she thought Chrom could no longer surprise her with his words, he did so time and time again. She wondered if it was some sort of special ability of his, or perhaps even a curse.
âIâm fine,â Robin stated, clearly not fine with all the clothes she was wearing. She even folded her arms over her chest, drawing her cloak further around herself in a stubborn protest.
âA sorcerer thing? How am I supposed to know that?â
âIâm fine, I drink plenty of water.â No she didnât. âYou donât need to worry about me, you act like Iâm about to collapse from the heat or something...â
She turned, coming to sit upon a stool across from where Chrom stood. She only did so in order to get off of her feet, but would never admit that to Chrom.
