balancing the vacation binge by only eating ~500 cals today

fuuuck i had to get mcdonalds bcuz im on a road trip and i just ate 800 cals

no bcuz why did my coworker tell me i looked better when i was 10 lbs bigger and then today told me to lift smth heavy bcuz it would help me lose weight… erm

how are we FEELING today

my family is sending bad/funny pictures of each other and i was just sent the worst image of me in the world i look so huge and so awful and im so close to crying bcuz is that how i really look??
