I showed an optometrist a photo of what my eyes look like when I'm asleep and he leaned in and went 'AHHHH!', looked sharply at me, 'WHAT???'

#eye surgery for me!#NHS eye surgery for me so maybe in a year or so!#they don't close at all when I sleep! wide open pupils out! have to wear a mask or I wake up feeling like a dessicated husk.#whole of my dads side is like that so never took seriously. everyone ive lived or slept with have found it weird but not alarming #its apparently pretty normal just not to my degree
