“The massive butcher block table was found in an antiques shop in Connecticut and has the strangest, undulating wooden top. Many on our crew have speculated on how it got its strange shape but no one has come up with a feasible explanation,” proffers Baseman…

“I enjoyed using unusual antiques to furnish Nygma’sapartment,” Baseman recalls. “The antique Black Forest carved wood mirror above the vintage steel dresser was made in Switzerland in the 1800s. The quilt on the bed is made from wool suiting samples made in the 1920s…”

“I grew up with an antique wood cobbler’s bench in our family, used as a coffee table, so I thought Nygma should have one for working on his home projects,” Baseman explains. “He also has an early Singer Featherweight sewing machine on a metal industrial work table. Perhaps one day he will use it to make his first Riddler costume???”
