This whole fight gives me emotions. Greed also just helping Edward out in the end by this despite Edward not wanting to kill him, but this was his way to say "Hey, so this is how you kill a homunculus so please give them hell for me, I'm counting on you kid."

Greed: It's my problem.

Dol: WELL ITS OUR'S NOW! We're not going to lose you here!

In 03 he shows Ed how to defeat the other homunculi by getting ed to kill him, gives him the information needed on how by sacrificing his very life of existence.

in fmab he gives up his own life to save the others because he knows thats the only way to do it and it makes his sacrifice noble, but still its so sad that he had to die all of those times.
