"Hey, don't touch-"
Once again, left speechless. She stands there in awe, absolute befuddlement, growing anger, and, unfortunately, intrigue. All this magic-tech nonsense he was saying to her went over her head in regards to understanding the scientific reason he was here, but she got the gist. It was an anomaly, one he clearly recognized despite somehow not accounting for it whatever science he was doing originally.
"You little-!" She lets out a frustrated huff, clearing her throat and regaining her composure. He got under her skin so easily, it was almost comedic. But his smug attitude AND the fact he messed with her WARDROBE of all things- HER STUFF IS IN THERE! And he just MESSED with it?! It's been established she shouldn't try touching him now. It was a good thing she waited on that.
"Don't TOUCH anything else! Especially not in MY room! Who even are you?! Last time I dealt with a green, pompous guy who knew science, I had an UNPLEASANT time to say the least." She's crossed her arms, tapping a finger against herself impatiently as he seemed fine going on and on about the how he was here. But why?
Impressive. Even a strange, human-like creature from a dimension yet undiscovered by this artificer is capable of discriminating based solely upon their own past experiences. This merits further examination... preferably at a distance; a glance was cast low and Zar noticed his right hand warping unnaturally, close to un-making, what with those static blotches and squares filling in places where fingernails and skin creases once laid.
His reaction, concerningly enough, remits to a quirk of his brow as he gives the offending appendage a quick shake, akin to smacking the remote around until it works. Lo, it does. Like nothing ever happened.
"Goodness, where are my manners? They must not have phased alongside me." If they were ever there to begin with. Betwixt a polite bow, he provides a forthrightly arrogant introduction - "I am the Great and Powerful Zar. Situationally at your service, Princess Toadstool of the Mushroom Kingdom."
"...and I take it this is one such 'Mushroom Kingdom'." His eyes wander towards the nearest window. Sure enough, the vista contains an amount of mushroom-based landmasses and architecture so obscene, that a world health organization or two would have a field day filing disaster reports on.
"You've a special relationship with these symbionts. Just how many of them are parasitic in nature, I wonder? Is this not a... health concern?"
