See, for me I thought this was how I feel in love with my girlfriend. I was loveless, I did not wish to engage in it but in she came like Rozenmarine and stuck to me like Freya whilst I played the role of Leb. It was the sweet days of comfort in an otherwise nightmarish world. Even as my past came to haunt me with whispers of making everything better she was still there. The trials where you fight your inner demons and insecurities. The uncertainty of the future as time seems to only make things worse. The fears of being ostracized by people. Its the little things that make me realize that I deeply relate to this game.

Even when she confessed it felt like a dream, it almost felt like a lie and I did not know how to respond. I was now on the road to what felt like confirmation to her. And this was when I had to make the decision of choosing to be selfish or choosing her. I picked her when I realized I was deeply in love with her and accepted. This is why Grape Jewel and the other good endings mean so much to me. Because it is a testament to love itself. I know my girlfriend will say Awwww you're cute but this game more than anything makes me realize the act of falling in love is sweet and I would do it again if I have to.
