It's interesting to see people saying that obikin can never truly be happy together, while they reunited for eternity as ghosts because the universe willed it in canon. The last shot we ever see of them is them happily smiling and together beyond death. Like I get where you're coming from but there's also that
reunited in the force obikin is some of my favorite fics because it's just so much Anakin being "i am unworthy i am evil i will hide myself away in the force forever" and obi-wan just like "darling come home so we can meld our souls"
