This will be my last post on Tumblr probably ever. Overall I really enjoyed this instructional technology class. It has made me think and do assignments in different ways than I have in the past!

This week we did our Guided reading 1.0. And I taught my group about Autism Spectrum disorder. I would prepare for this better next time by not doing it the night before lol. Also I would put some more information on my powerpoint to make it longer

This month of class has been pretty crazy. Its called maker march and we were put in groups and our objective is to make something and then present what we've come up with. It has been pretty difficult but my group decided to make an app thats kinda like blackboard but better.

This week in class was really cool. we got to see an mess around with some technology most of us students i dont think have ever seen or used before. My favorite technology was the virtual chess game.

Well this class is starting to get a bit crazy. We started a maker project and my group decided to make an app to help students look at every thing education wise in their school so essentially its a better version of canvas or blackboard.
If this was an individual project my idea would be to make some sort of pen and paper type thing as you write it turns whatever you're writing into a digital copy.

This weeks TOW was Evernote. I never used evernote before this past week. I didn't really like it I’d rather just take notes on my notepad with pen and paper or just on my laptop.
Aint no one got time for that

The link above is for my groups google doc.
This week we went to one button studios and did mobile technology activities. The one touch room is really cool and can help students in many ways. Brad did a really good job of explaining how to use the software. It is really simple to use.
And for our mobile blog we all used out smartphones to take picture of the one touch room and other cool stuff at the building.
Also the Tech of the week was Popplet and its a pretty cool app I thought it was pretty easy to use and i have an example of my poppet on my twitter page. I could see my self using poppet to take notes with or just use to organize my thoughts in a unique way.

The TOW this week was box.. Overall i really didn't like it i thought it was pretty confusing to use. Also this week in my practicum we used a smart board a lot. It was awesome to see the kids get up and enjoy the educational games we played on the smart board. I think more clsassrooms should have this technology.

This week I looked in to smart board in a sped classroom here is a link of a web site that I did some research on http://education.smarttech.com/en/products/special-education it had lots of cool information on it and I think this sort of technology can really benefit sped students! and as for the TOW flipboard i don't think i really like it to me its kind of confusing to navigate and isn't set up the best but i really liked the articles that i shared on my twitter page.
For the tech of the week this week we did vine. i really like vine and i already had my own account but i dint usually use it for education purposes mostly for the funny and interesting videos. I would say I'm pretty familiar with it the vine i made for the my introduction was only the second video i have made on there.
Also I really like these TED talks especially this one. i like how you can go on the internet and find a video on basically anything to help students do better in the classroom.
