Well, as you can see... Grande has been inactive. After thinking it over, I would rather only hand it back over to the original owner. So at this time we’ll be closing the doors. Feel free to have your character still “live” here.. but we will not be posting activity checks or anything like that. No new members unless we revamp and start over fresh.

To the person who contacted us on anon about taking over the building, I would need you to be willing to speak to us face to face before I hand the building over. You had some very valid points in your submission, but I also implore you to understand that some of the admins really did have things that were out of their control happen such as family deaths, people quitting at their places of business and whatnot.

Grande Building to close?
As it stands right now, the admins are all either incredibly busy with schoolwork or they have lost the drive to put an effort into a living place where no one really wants to interact or follow the rules.
If there is anyone who wishes to take the reigns (including perhaps the original owner) and keep Grande going, please let us know through the inbox. If not, those who are living in the building are welcome to continue doing so, so that their muse has a ‘home,’ but other than that, we would pretty much be floating dead in the water.
Concerns.
Almost half the tenants have not paid rent. If you no longer wish to live in the building, simply let us know. But we work hard to maintain this place and to see that no one really cares is quite disheartening.

The original owner had made a statement saying that there could only be one of each face claim.. and while we know it would seem weird seeing ‘yourself’ in the same building, I am sure that there is a work around. You would need to follow them because that’s also in the rules, but there doesn’t need to be constant interaction.
If we limit ourselves as to how many members we can have, we become a directory and that’s not what Grande is here for. It’s a place for your muse to live and call home.
