She Woke Up

I’m excited for you! Especially since it’s an upgrade, and I can’t wait to visit you and see the lovely place for myself. And that’d be fantastic, as long as I didn’t drive any of you nuts since I tend to be loud and annoying at times. And chaotic too, now that you mention it. Though playing pranks? That would keep everything exciting and I bet you have so many good ones up your sleeve, dear Gracie. I can’t say I’ve read that one, but I’ve heard about it on social media if anything. And can’t have enough choices that bring on the waterworks. You think we could find a good bookstore here to take some home with us? Either way, you know I want to claim some of your time and bug you during this trip! You’ll have to tell me what you’ve gotten into so far.

Thank you! I don’t think you realize how much we love you, loud and annoying included. Though, I don’t find you to be annoying. I feel like the worst pranks would come from the kids. Which could be amusing just to witness in general. It’s a good one, but really sad. I’m sure one can find a good book store anywhere, if I’m honest. We would just have to look. You can always take up some of my time. Just tell me where to be and how to dress. Honestly, just enjoying being away from home. I haven’t really done much. I like to wander and see where I end up. What about you?

Harry watched as she got the drinks and then came back over to him. He knew things had been a bit quiet with them for a few days but they were enjoying themselves now. When she sat down on his lap, he put an arm around her before taking the glass from her that she was handing to him. “You think so? It wasn’t easy finding something that would suit me. I can’t say I have worn neon much before…if at all.” He told her. He watched as she did this. “I am enjoying me. I think the sleep on the flight here recharged my energy.” He laughed. “You enjoying yourself?”

I struggle with remembering where I put things in general. Moving just makes it almost impossible for me to remember. I’m honestly not much of a reader. Nothing against it, just not something I enjoy. 

Oh, no! Ross, that is not good. haha. There’s nothing wrong with not being a huge fan of reading, as long as you have your hobbies to give you a break from the chaos life brings. 

I know that feeling so well. I’m so glad I’m currently not moving, but I moved a couple times in my time and it’s been bittersweet. It easily makes living out of boxes too hard for me because I just can never find anything otherwise, then there’s the issues of learning the new places you put things. It’s all a lot, honestly. Last thing I read was my script for my show, currently. Reading will resume once I’m back home from filming. I’m Madelaine, great to meet you and I adored Chrissy style.

I’m hoping if I need to move again, that it’s just one time and then I’m settled for life. It would be nice to set some roots down and just be for a while. Scripts definitely count. Is it good? Are you enjoying the writing? How ia filming going? Well, I hope. It’s lovely to meet you as well! It means a lot that I’ve gotten the chance to speak with you.

Oh that is why I have not moved in about 3 years. I would go insane if I had to pack all my things and my daughter’s things. It’s the worst thing ever! Oh man, if I would’ve done that I would’ve left the book out in my car or something. However, I’m always down for any reason to go to the bookstore? I don’t think I’ve really read anything besides bedtime stories to my daughter. I am going to be completely honest with you. I have never seen Stranger Things a  day in my life so I can’t say I know Chrissy. I do know the song, however I know you as Grace.

That is a very valid reason for not wanting to move, I will give you that. Thinking back on it now, I should have left it in the car or somewhere obvious. Maybe I will use my head more next time. I can spend so much money in any book store. It’s a real problem. Bedtime stories count for sure. Some of them are better than full on books. I would say that the song counts. You at the very least know there is a Chrissy and where she comes from. That’s more than some people say. 

I haven’t moved in awhile since I stay in a dorm with my group members. I’m sure whenever we decide to move to a new one I’ll have my moments to freak out about where I’ve misplaced something. I already know if will randomly pop up when you least expect it to. I don’t remember the last time I read honestly. I’m not much of a reader compared to other members of my group. Nice to meet you Grace, I’m Seonghwa.

That sounds like loads of fun. Does it get to be a lot, being with everyone in one space like that? Or do you really enjoy it. I don’t know if I could handle having too many people in one place like that for too long, consistently anyway. There’s nothing wrong with not being a reader. Some of us love it, while others don’t. You like what you like. Aside from the obvious, what do you like to do?

I can believe it. I remember helping our leader get some of his things moved to his place that he got with his girlfriend and he freaked out whenever he couldn’t find one little thing. We laughed but made sure to help him. I hope it turns up but getting a new copy might be best. Well I haven’t read in a bit but I’m always a fan of thriller novels whenever I get the chance to read them. I think the last one I read was called The Hole by Hye-Young Pyun. Nice to meet you Grace, I’m San.

You’re a good friend for helping him to move and all that. We all need a good group of friends like that, even if you laughed a little. I gave in and bought a new copy of it, actually. I’ve not heard of that, but I will have to add it to my list of must reads. Do you have a favorite book? Ooh, or a childhood story? It’s lovely to meet you, San!

oh, say no more - unpacking is absolutely the worst. even when i sort and label items to put into boxes, things still end up out of place. fortunately, i don’t think i’m headed anywhere anytime soon. the last thing i read? devil in the white city by erik larson —- super good, super creepy. what was your most recent read?

I had to have my mom help me pack and then my dad helped me physically move. I don’t know where I would be without them. So much for my first adult move, hm? haha. I’m glad you’re pretty stationary when it comes to moves. I don’t wish that hell on anyone. Oooh, I’ll have to add it to my list. I’ve not heard of it. I actually just finished the book that went missing, Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover. Very good, but also very sad. Do you have a favorite book?
