I found some 3-D Art did on paint 3-D also, I’m just gonna use this as a way to do some fun facts about Ollie

He likes to listen to ASMR, he likes to be pampered, he likes to tell the truth about his emotions, he also likes weighted plushy like the really big ones

Ollie his powers are very similar to popee but he doesn’t like to use his powers because he feels like it makes him feel different

His power do look a lot more similar to the dark Lord from animation versus animator part 13

This is Ollie he’s kind of a New oc so I don’t have so much art of him so yeah also another thing this is some old so sorry that kinda looks crappy

He always tries his best to protect people and other creatures

Fun fact, he actually has different instances of himself inside of himself so kind of like alternate personalities I guess but not really because all of them are similar. It’s just how they look and how there are some quirky things about them that make them slightly different from each other kind of like sonic.EXE OC yeah sure they might have the same name sometimes and might look similar to each other, but there are differences

Also, another fun fact: he used to have a best friend but after popee attempted to do a vast genocide upon multiple creations that they both made. They had a falling out which is probably the most expected and most normal reaction to the scenario but despite that popee doesn’t really care and actually enjoys the fact that he now has a nemesis probably cause he’s one crazy mother+#%*$@

P.s what do you think of the art? I think it’s pretty cool

Power: he can literally make up any power he wants so literally any power you think you can have he has

The powers, he usually uses on the most is his shape shifting ability or bio shifting, reality, warping, visual hallucinations cartoon physics, or better known as Toon Force, and the ability to quit truly make your entire perception of reality a YTP or better known as a YouTube poop and portal creations/teleportation fun fact whenever he does it it looks like a glitch like whenever you’re game freezes for a moment and fuzzes up a bit and get some bit crunchy That’s how his teleport look like also It’s very quick though so it kinda hurts your eyes.

He also likes to use abilities that are similar to hacker from animation vs animator part 13 speaking of it. You should really check it out. It’s really good and well animated 

Despite that all these strengths, he has a few weaknesses and when I mean weaknesses I mean like kind of like rules he has so far

The first rule is that he can never tell a lie not because he can’t tell a lie because he just doesn’t like to lie

Second rule was the fact that he will always play fair because if he’s gonna play a game he’s gonna make sure it’s an actual game because what’s the point of a game if you’re guaranteed the win it also makes you look desperate to win

Rule three: believing yourself no literally if you have a strong enough determination and will two scenarios will happen scenario 1 is when he decides that you’re good enough to live on I guess so we’ll just leave you alone and not even bother you because he respect, respects people to have strong wills so strong that they can go through absolute hell and we never stop believing in what they believe in scenario 2 is that you have so much willpower that it can quite literally channel through a weapon that you’re using and damage him and under very very very specific scenarios you could kind of kill him

Popee personality

Overall, his personality is a very nice choice and calm person but despite his demeanor he’s a very sadistic and very hateful and petty person despite that his personality can fluctuate and change like to being extremely erratic and chaotic, like a YTP or another way of saying it YouTube poop or that one 2003 cat in the hat Mike Myers movie (that me search it up and watch the full movie it’s really chaotic and weird and a bit horny) or be very careless towards other people. The weird thing is that he wants a reaction out of everyone so he’ll actively do messed up things together reaction out of everyone kind of like those old YouTube videos that were designed to be really disturbing for shock value. But overall, his personality can bend and mold, so you never really how he going to act or react to things.

Also just to reinforced how petty he can be he will quite literally set up a plan to where he will quite literally create a problem for everyone then we’ll solve that problem but while doing so would set up a trap where he would set up a summoning circle that would summon a gigantic creature called the the façade sun that will shoot down a massive laser up your entire city just because you accidentally once called him the wrong name and it’s not the fact that he would be affected by it. No, he doesn’t really care. He’s just a really really really awful person who will take any excuse to do anything harmful towards another person, like killed torture, a bunch of people for no reason besides, he felt like he and the reasoning that he can

This is my oc character

Popee he is a crazy somewhat psychotic monster, can be transform his body and do anything he wants. He used to be a great guy Heck, he used to be best friend with someone else called Ollie they were the best of friends but one day he just decided to be a monster, a horrible, horrible monster
