We are on the court and playing Wallyball or Volleyball depending on the interest. We spend plenty of time actively running here and there etc. The main equipment which may turn this to fun or pain is your sports shoes. In this case, we are talking about volleyball shoes. Have you ever had pain after the games ? Have you ever seen some red areas on your foot after spending an hour on the court ? I wrote what I've experienced so far. Please let me know what do you think...

I love Wallyball. Definetely. As an ex-volleyball amateur player while looking up to find some people to play volleyball, learned about Wallyball and just started reading and reading. It is a good fast pace stuff. But, there is always some but yeah. If you have ex injuries like me you'd need to be careful :) Finally i found a good resource of groups in Meetup.com.
