B: Realisieren, akzeptieren, loslassen!

A: Und der längste Prozess im Leben?

Es ist mir völlig egal..... wer bleibt oder geht!

• Ich begann, mir selbst zu vertrauen.

• Ich die Dinge akzeptierte, die ich nicht ändern kann.

• Mir klar wurde, dass nicht alles von Dauer sein muss.

• Ich begann, die Dinge zu schätzen die ich habe.

• Ich meine eigene Unvollkommenheit akzeptierte.

• Ich anfing, ehrlich zu meinen Gefühlen zu stehen.

• Mir bewusst wurde, ich bestimme meine Gedanken.

• Ich aufhörte, Menschen zu “retten/ reparieren”.

•“And indeed, with hardship comes ease.” (Quran 94:5) - Remember that every difficult situation will come to an end, and better days are ahead.

• “Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear.” (Quran 2:286) - Have faith that you can handle whatever challenges come your way, and Allah will give you the strength.

• “Verily, Allah is the One who forgives the most, and He is the Most Merciful.” (Quran 2:173) - Remember that Allah is always forgiving and merciful, and He wants the best for you.

• “And put your trust in the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.” (Quran 26:217) - Put your trust in Allah, and know that He will take care of you.

• “So be patient, indeed, the promise of Allah is true.” (Quran 30:60) - Have patience and faith, knowing that Allah's promises are always true.
