Gaster, a royal scientist, is too rational. He knows that his body doesn’t exist. He can’t give Grillby a happy life. Gaster just wants to protect them. Maybe he still loves Grillby, but he doesn’t want to love Grillby again. He doesn’t want to face the real LOVE.

About Grillby loves Sans…He doesn’t matter, because he knows Grillby feels happy when he stays with Sans. Gaster feels happy if Grillby feels happy, because Gaster’s soul connects with Grillby’s.
