There is.

Not always loudly, and not all at once. Sometimes it’s quiet and fleeting. A warm cup of tea held between your hands. The sound of footsteps that match your own pace. Knowing someone’s name, and having them know yours.

Life isn’t kind by default. It has to be met halfway. What’s worth enjoying isn’t the absence of pain, but the moments that exist alongside it. The proof that even when things are difficult, you are still here to notice beauty when it appears.
