Octavia met Cedric at a magic festival. She admired him greatly, to the point of feeling romantic attraction, even though she didn't know him. She dedicated herself to studying magic on her own. When Cedric found out, he was surprised and voluntarily called her his apprentice. Little by little, they got to know each other and began to get along well, although Cedric didn't see her as she would like—as a suitor. According to him, she was too young; they are very good friends.
