Progress! I’m still behind but it’s definitely getting better!

A walk in a Canola field (ft.my baby) and some chili and garlic broccoli steaks :)

Delicious, vegan, and healthy! 

Recipe: 

1 x broccoli, cut into slices (like above)

2-3 tbsp vegetable oil

1 x clove of garlic, diced

tsp chili flakes 

salt and pepper to taste

It’s not going well, kids. Anyone else doing camp Nano??  I’ve got to keep reminding myself that even though I have a lot more free time than normal, not achieving goals doesn’t make me a failure.  There’s a pandemic on, give yourself allowances. :)
