I'm too hot

“Kind of ya to say, ma'am.” Johnny drawled, smiling to himself as she settled in behind him. He waited until he felt her arms wrap tight around his middle before revving the bike again. “Now you just hold on tight…” He said over the roar of the engine, just as he began to pull away from the curb. “I’ll get us there ‘fore ya know it.”

He was getting paid back for that later. Her one of many weakness(es) on this Earth and he used it. That damn accent

“Hey!” he jumped at Bea’s wandering hand, nudging her playfully with his hip. He shot her a glance, smirking slyly as he slipped onto the bike.

“I never said I wouldn’t mind it…” he purred, revving the bike to life. “Was just a simple question.”

She was going to die. Her mind blanked for a bit, but she snapped back eventually and grinned. “Nice craftsmanship,” She murmured in his ear as she settled in behind him.

“I have my moments.” He teased, grinning to himself as she excitedly slid his arm through his. He walked with her out the door, and into the cool, summer night.

“It does indeed.” hu hummed, leading the way to his bike. “Think you can keep your hands to yourself until we get to your place?”

Bea let out a small snort. “It’s like you don’t know me at all,” She teased. “Besides, I don’t think you’ll mind so much.”

“You wanna see it? All you gotta do is ask.” Johnny winked. What could he say? He was proud of his bike, and loved to show it off any chance he could. “You don’t say?” Johnny quirked a brow, pretending to mull it over for all of about a half a second.He placed the cash on the counter, enough to cover their drinks. “Well, let’s go check it out…”

“Um. Yes,” She replied, probably too quickly. 

“Such a gentleman,” Bea teased as they got up. “You didn’t have to pay for my drink, you know. But thank you anyway.”

“I know Booster isn’t exactly the brightest, but you seem particularly upset with him at the moment.  Did something happen?

“Booster and Skeets are a package deal.  We’re not taking one without the other.”

“He pranked me,” Bea muttered. “I don’t want to talk about it.”

“I know, its a damn shame, isn’t it?” Johnny chuckled, quirking a brow as he watched her. “Custom built, by my own hands.” “Darlin’, you’re givin’ me a run for my money in the shameless department, you know that?” Johnny smirked, charmed by just how strong the green haired woman was coming on to him…not that he minded it. “Maybe I do…”

Bea stayed silent for a moment. Built. His. Own. Bike. She was almost positive she melted in her seat, but a quick look down showed she was still solid. “.....Can I see it?”

BUT

She has two main types she goes after with dudes: King of Nerdsville and the bad boys

“You think Skeets is going to save our bacon?” 

“In order…yes, its technically both of us, transforming hurts, once, and yes.” quirked a brow, amused by her attempts to hide just how tipsy she actually was.

“Depends…what’s your fire made out of?”

“A homem bonito like you? Single? Heresy,” Bea flirted, placing her elbow on the table and cupping her chin. “What bike do you drive, smokey?”

“Mostly spice, but I think I have some everything nice in there too. Sugar you’d just have to wait for.” The statement flourished with a shameless wink. Holding her other hand up, she lit the tip of her index finger with a small, green flame. 

Awwww he looks so innocent when he’s sleeping. Bea thought to herself. If Booster wasn’t such a deep sleeper, this would never work. Reminiscing on the last prank Booster decided to surprise her with last week, she smiled evilly to herself.

She had left a couple little surprises in his room for him to find later, but for now, Bea was content with this plan. Now normally this would be disastrous for the whole building, but Bea had thought ahead and used her womanly charms to convince a certain blue beetle to have the wiring only activated in this room for the next few minutes.

“I don’t know.  He doesn’t seem like he’s… prepared for this kind of thing.” 

“Booster,” Bea laughed. “Prepared.”

Johnny sighed, knowing she wanted something…but hoping if he had stayed quiet enough she’d lose interest. No such luck. The biker set his beer down and peered at her, thinking it over.

“Aright…go ahead, shoot.”

“Is everything on fire? Is it actually you when you’re on fire or is it your demon friend? Does it hurt? Does it help you get dates? Are you single-” Bea interrupted herself with a small hiccup and blinked. Pushing her empty martini glass away from her slowly, she cleared her throat and sat up straighter.
