K and Bill first meet during a crossover "episode."
β now you may be thinking "what do you mean crossover episode?", WELL!
In this AU i've mashed up in my head, every animated Disney character (from TV shows to movies) have an "annual" get-together. Of course, the villains are separated from the NOT villains (lol) and each have their own space to interact with one another. Even the rejected pilot characters get to come!
Which is where K comes in.
K is from a rejected pilot that is all about the inner workings of Cupid Inc, a widely known and beloved company that plays matchmaker for the masses. And treat their workers like dirt! π
K would be one of the many workers in one of the company's many buildings, which is already bad enough (you think K is actually gonna WORK? he's gonna be dodging it like its the plague), but somehow in SOME way, he actually is in a high position (that paycheck tells a completely different story, though. You think Cupid Inc. is sufficiently paying their workers? Those workers WISH!)
To no one's surprise, K would be an antagonist to the protag and literally everybody with the disfortune of working anywhere near him. He's dropping his paperwork onto his other coworkers, blasting NOT work-encouraging music throughout the building, and talking everybody's ears off.
O-KAY! Background info aside, I can actually dive into the question you asked now!
I can honestly imagine them meeting during the crossover in many different ways, but the one im currently focusing on is that they're both drunk out of their minds and randomly bump into each other. Insert heinous mild "bonding" moments here.
Maybe they have a drinking match and the loser has to wear 99 feet tall high heels. Maybe they go for a joyride in that fuckass(/pos) car bill summoned once in Weiedmaggedon 1 and argue about whose the better manipulator while bill runs over several unsupervised children (how did they get there? Nobody knows!)
Whatever the heck happens during that "bonding" moment, they're absolutely switching numbers. What they DO with each other's number after they go back to their shows and deal with their crippling hangover? The possibilites are endless.

My overall favorite from all the 201 of my faves; Slack's nonhuman design. It just hits all my favorite design points. It'll likely be my first attack after my attack to @goosesharkk who I think challenged to attack me first. Which by the way... what IS your artfile profile? SLDHDK MAYBE IMPORTANT TO GET. i need to look through your characters. Unless it WASN'T you??? Oh no
Hm.... most of the things I wanna attack seem to be aligning with comedy or mystery, so my best tactical bet would probably be to take tragedy as my team... but apart from the name I'm way more drawn to the vibes of mystery's card honestly... to sacrifice more points from my attacks or to pick a less fitting card for me(apart from the team name "tragedy" which I adore)
Update; picked team mystery. The card palette just spoke to me most. It's gonna fit the characters I'll be putting up much better
now, you may notice that my amount of characters are a big, fat ZERO
... because i've been planning everything out beforehand π

Re: macro photos, I love this account. Something about the way the account Tiny Sanctuary holder captures "mundane" moments with his bugs just really highlights the way they appear to think and make decisions and interact with each other that, to me, doesn't look that different than any small mammal.
I didn't know slugs had any impulse to fight. It looks like aggressive smooching.
